Bookings & Availability

How do I book a walk or visit?

The best way to get started is by completing my 'Client Information Form' via the 'Book Your Free Meet & Greet' button.

However, if you'd prefer to chat first, you're very welcome to get in touch via the 'Contact' page. We can then arrange your meet & greet, but please note that the 'Client Information Form' must be completed before the visit.

Do you offer a meet & greet?

Yes - I offer a free meet & greet before your first booking.

This gives us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your dog's routine, and make sure they feel comfortable and happy in my care.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible is always best, especially for regular or ongoing bookings.

However, I understand plans can change and will always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests where I can.

Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

When is payment required?

Payment is made via bank transfer prior to your scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed for regular clients. This secures your booking and ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.

Do you require deposits?

Yes for overnight stay bookings - A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all overnight stays.

No deposit is required for dog walking or home visits.

What's your cancellation policy?

Dog walking and home visits-

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Overnight stays-

Due to the nature of longer bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:

3-5 days' notice: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.

Less than 48 hours' notice: 100% of the total booking fee is payable.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Areas Covered & Travel Charges

I cover locations within a 10-mile radius of my home free of charge.

For clients outside of this area, a travel fee of £0.40p per mile will apply. This is calculated based on the total return journey.

Dog walking & home visits

Overnight stays

Overnight stays within a 10-mile radius of Didcot are included at no extra cost.

For locations outside of this area, a travel fee of £0.40p per mile will apply. For extended bookings, travel is charged as a single return journey per day, rather than per individual trip. This keeps pricing clear and consistent.
